Delivery

If you place an order on a business day before 5:00 PM, your order will be handed over to PostNL the same day. Within the Netherlands, orders are usually delivered on the next business day. In rare cases, PostNL may not deliver a package within 24 hours. You can always track your order using a PostNL Track & Trace code.

International orders are shipped on the same business day. Delivery time depends on the destination country and may vary from 1 to 14 days.

Note: On the following holidays, PostNL will not collect or will collect packages earlier than usual.

January 1st – Next delivery: January 5th
April 5th – Easter Monday – Next delivery: April 7th
April 27th – King’s Day – Next delivery: April 29th
May 5th – Liberation Day – Next delivery: May 7th
May 13th – Ascension Day – Next delivery: May 15th
May 24th – Whit Monday – Next delivery: May 26th
December 24th – Christmas Eve – Early collection, order before 12:00 PM, next delivery: December 27th
December 31st – New Year’s Eve – Early collection, order before 12:00 PM, next delivery: January 3rd

Within the Netherlands:

Letterbox package: €3.90
Standard package: €6.90

To Belgium:

Standard shipping: €7.90

Shipping is free on orders over €79.

Shipping

Orders are processed and collected by PostNL from Monday to Friday. Domestic orders placed and paid for before 5:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. Orders placed over the weekend are processed on Monday and handed over to PostNL. If, for any reason, your order is delayed, we will contact you immediately.

PostNL delivers from Monday to Saturday and strives to deliver within 24 hours anywhere in the Netherlands. In rare cases, delivery may be delayed due to holidays or circumstances beyond our control.

International orders placed before 5:00 PM on business days are shipped the same day. If there is any delay, we will inform you immediately. Delivery times vary by country, ranging from 1 to 14 days. For Belgium, delivery usually takes 1-3 days. International customers can also track their orders with a PostNL Track & Trace code.
