Tattoo Guru’s Private Cloud Server

We use Suitup Private Cloud Server for our web hosting and email services. Tattoo Guru's Private Cloud Server processes personal data on our behalf and does not use your data for its own purposes. However, this provider may collect metadata about the usage of services, which does not include personal data.

Tattoo Guru's Private Cloud Server has implemented appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent data loss and unauthorized use of your personal data.

MailChimp

We send our email newsletters via MailChimp. MailChimp will never use your name and email address for its own purposes. At the bottom of every automated email sent via our website, you will find an unsubscribe link, which will remove you from the mailing list.

MailChimp securely stores your personal data and uses cookies and internet technologies to track whether emails are opened and read. MailChimp reserves the right to use your data to improve its services and may share information with third parties for this purpose.

Private Cloud Server

For regular business email communication, we use a Private Cloud Server. This provider has taken appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent the misuse, loss, and corruption of data. Our Private Cloud Server does not have access to our inbox, and all email communication is handled confidentially.

Mollie

We use Mollie to process part of the payments in our online store. Mollie processes your name, address, payment details (such as bank account or credit card number), and other necessary transaction information.

For deferred payments (credit facilities), Mollie shares necessary personal and financial information with credit rating agencies. Mollie retains your data only as long as legally required.
